Volunteer

Be an active participant in collecting, preserving and celebrating the history of West Vancouver. The West Vancouver Historical Society is always interested in and welcomes volunteers to help with our projects. You may have special skills to contribute. You may want to add some new skills. You may want to learn more about our community’s story. You may have a project of your own to propose or just want to lend a hand or meet new people in your community.

Please tell us about your areas of interest are and how you would like to help. Your commitment could be for just a few hours on a one-time basis, or for ongoing projects. Examples of projects to volunteer on include:

• Contributing to the West Vancouver Memories newsletter

• Helping with organization of the Annual Barbecue or a Speaker Series meeting

• Participation in the West Vancouver Stories oral history project

• Contributing to communications and the website, and much more!
