A Most Honourable Contribution: Women Who Shaped West Vancouver – Originally May 26 – July 17, 2021 – Rescheduled to 2022.

An exhibition celebrating women whose contributions in the arts, business, education and politics helped form the character and the development of West Vancouver will be showcased at the West Vancouver Art Museum. This is a co- presentation with the West Vancouver Art Museum, West Vancouver Archives and the West Vancouver Community Arts Council.

The exhibition’s title is inspired by a speech on teaching and community service given by Gertrude Lawson in 1925. Daughter of John Lawson, known as the father of West Vancouver, she was a teacher, active in Guiding, and a homeowner.

The date of this exhibition is rescheduled to 2022 – specific dates to be available later.
